I’m Chef Pollicina, and for the past 15 years, I’ve devoted myself to Italian cuisine—honoring the timeless traditions of my homeland while always drawing inspiration from the garden.
Raised in a home where the kitchen was the heart and the garden was our pantry, I learned early on that the best recipes are the simplest ones, made with the finest, freshest ingredients. There is nothing quite like the taste of a sun-ripened tomato, the aroma of freshly picked basil, or the sweetness of a carrot just pulled from the soil.
